It was that time of the year this week where I could dust off some of my older knits from my second wardrobe and bring them back to life with new pieces. You may recognise this skirt, I fell in love with it a month ago when I bought it in Khaki so recently when I saw the black version went on sale on ShopBop I made the decision to get that also. I think it's something to do with the shape, thick canvas fabric, large square pockets & utility details that has me so obsessed. I also found one of my older CUE knits (which coincidently I also have in 3 colours) and fell back in love with this blood oxford colour. So I guess this is my take on wearing "red for valentines day".

Let's hope this cooler weather hangs around and takes us into an early autumn.
